Introduction

Ingredients

    I lbs ground Turkey 93% lean
    2 or 3 mediun carrots peeled and finely grated
    1 large Egg
    1/2 Cup Quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
    1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 TBSP ground flaxseed
    1 TBSP dried Italian Seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 26 OZ jar of pasta sauce

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 Deg F.
Spray a large beking sheet with ono-stick cooking spray and set aside
Combiner the turkey, carrots, egg, oats, parmesan cheese, flaxseed, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl mix until ingredints are just cmbined.
Shape the meat mixture into twenty four 1 1/2 inch balls. Place them on the bakig sheet and cook until lighly browned, 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the pasta sauce in a large soucepan over medium heat. Cover and bring to a simmer. When the turkey meatcalls come out fo the oven, add them to the souce, reduce the heat and simmer, covered ,about 20 minutes
