Ingredients

    3 whole chicken breasts - cubed
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c nonfat milk
    1/2 c fat free sour cream
    1 c fat free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb whole wheat spaghetti

Directions

cube chicken and cook in pan with garlic (also add salt and pepper to taste)
Mix soup, milk, and sour cream in bowl and pour into chicken. Add cheese. Let simmer.
Cook pasta as directed, then drain.
Add chicken sauce to spaghetti and serve.

Makes approx. 8 servings.
