    1/2 Cup cottage cheese (1%)
    1 Large egg
    1 tblsp flour
    2 Scoops Lean Dessert Cinnamon Roll protein powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    Water as needed (about 1/4 cup)


Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth thick batter. Use about 1/4 cup to make pancakes.

2 pancakes per serving.
