Introduction

This included protien powder for extra protien. I just put together what I had in the house. I used a biscuit and hamburger buns because they were stale you can use bread. Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 12 large (remove)
    *Pork Sausage, 8 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 (remove)
    Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Biscuit, plain or buttermilk, 1 biscuit (2-1/4" dia) (remove)
    *Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 2 roll (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)
    Milk, 3.25%, 1 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    aria protien powder, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Blend the eggs like you are making scrambled eggs. Add all ingredients except bread. Stir well. Put biscuit and hamburger buns in and let set in refrigerator for a few hours. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
