    210 g whole wheat pasta (rotini, macaroni, or penne)
    1 1/2 cup Classico Spicy Red Pepper tomato sauce
    1/2 cup cooked spinach
    40 g feta, crumbled
    6 tbsp ricotta
    4 tbsp shredded parmesan


1. Boil the pasta and the spinach (in separate spots) until tender.

2. Combine all of the ingredients in a loaf pan. Mix well. Top with oregano, basil, and parsley, or your other favourite Italian herbs.

3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from oven and serve immediately with a side of salad.
