This is a 40-30-30 lunch for B eating plan. This is a 40-30-30 lunch for B eating plan.

    1/4 head lettuce, head, romaine or red leaf, torn
    1 apple, medium, cored and cubed
    1/2 cup mandarin oranges, canned in water and drained
    6 oz albacore tuna, water packed and drained
    1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

    3 tbsp mayonnaise, lowfat
    1 tbsp plain yogurt, lowfat
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp lemon juice, bottled or fresh


In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, apple cubes, orange segments, tuna, and walnuts. In a small cup, blend mayonnaise, yogurt, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Pour over salad and toss.
