    4 poached chicken breasts, shredded
    1 onion, chopped
    8 oz jack cheese, shredded
    1 block silken tofu
    2 can green chiles
    1 large can tomatillos
    1 bunch cilantro
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup milk
    14 tortillas


In blender, combine tofu, 1 can green chilies, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Blend to combine. Transfer to bowl.
In same blender, combine drained tomatillos, 1 can green chilies, cilantro, egg substitute, milk, salt and pepper. Blend to combine.
Spread small amount of cream sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with one half of tortillas (cut them to fit if needed). Top with chicken, onion and half the cheese. Pour verde sauce over chicken. Top with second half of tortillas. Top with cream sauce, spreading to cover all the edges. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 until bubble and golden - 30-45 minutes.
