    1 egg
    Cinnamon (to taste)
    Vanilla (to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingredients together. Mix until batter consistency.

spray a pan with Pam. Place into pan in a pancake shape.

cook on both sides.

Top with maple syrup and fresh fruit.
