Great with fat free cool whip and strawberries. Great with fat free cool whip and strawberries.

    2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix
    2 Tbsp sugar
    3 Tbsp melted butter
    1/2 cup milk


Mix Jiffy with sugar. Add butter and milk and drop onto baking sheet. Makes 6 shortcakes. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
