    1 Tbsp canola oil
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 cup diced onion
    2 cups water
    6 Tbsp brown gravy mix


1. heat oil in skillet, add mushrooms and onions.
2. Saute to degree you like
3. Whisk gravy mix into water and add to skillet.
4. Cook until thickened.
5. Enjoy on meat, potatoes, bread or whatever.
