This bread is delicious toasted for breakfast. This bread is delicious toasted for breakfast.

    2 tbl. yeast
    7.5 cups multi grain flour, Robin Hood
    2 1/2 cups water
    1 cup skim milk
    3 tbl brown sugar
    1 1/2 tea salt
    3 tbl flax seed
    1/3 cup oats
    1/3 cup sesame seed
    1/3 cup sunflower seed
    1/4 cup butter


Add flour to bowl, then yeast.
MELT butter, ADD milk, water, b sugar to LUKEWARM. Stirring to dissolve b. sugar.
ADD milk mixture (make sure not to hot just luke warm) - stir, Beat with wooden spoon until smooth. ADD next 5 ingredients and remaing flour (1/2 cup of flour at a time.) mix with hands
When is seems to be enough, turn out on floured board and knead until no longer sticky.
LET rise 10 minutes.
SHAPE into loaf and place in greased pan. Cover with tea towel and LET RISE until doubled 45-60 minutes.
BAKE 375 for 35 - 40 minutes
REMOVE from pan and COOL on wire racks.

Makes 3 loaves - or 77 ounces.
