Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (8 oz.Carne molida magra)
    Sofrito Sauce, 1 tbsp (Sofrito 1 cda)
    Tomato Sauce, .25 cup (1/4 taza salsa de tomate)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (2 cdas Sazon de Taco Old El paso)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (1 tza de tomate picadito)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (1 taza de lechuga iceberg picadita)
    *Refried Beans, 1 cup (1 taza de habichuela refrita)
    *Kraft Shredded 25 % Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.25 cup (1/4 taza de mezcla de cuatro queso mejicanos )
    **Taco Bell Taco Sauce, Mild, 8 tbsp (Salsa picante regular picante 8 cdas)
    Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 8 serving (tortillas de tacos suaves de 8 "- 8)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup (crema agria, grasa reducida 1 taza)

Directions

1-In a saucepan, brown the meat.Once brown, add the sofrito, seasoning, tomato sauce and cook until meat is done 10-15 minutes.Set aside.

2-Heat the tortillas just to warm-10 seconds microwave.
(Caliente las tortillas solo un poco-10 segundos en microondas)
3-Take one tortilla, spread refried beans in the center;then put 1 tbsp of meat, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese on top.Put mild sauce in top of it. and serve.
(Tome una tortilla y riegue 1 cda de habichuela refrita, encima 1 cda carne, lechuga, tomate, crema agria y queso.Encima ponga salsa picante y sirva.)
