    3 pounds lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/4 cup parsley
    1/4 cup oregano
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    salt, pepper, Tony's Creole Seasoning to taste


Chop onions and garlic. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly with hands. Shape into large patty or inside of meatloaf pan or small casserole dish. Cover top with Ketchup. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until middle is no longer pink. Uncover and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
