    50 gr. shredded coconut, no sugar added
    1 cup Almonds, soaked
    1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1/4 cup Real Raw Agave Nectar or other low GI Syrup
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Ginger
    1 tbsp Chai Spices
    Sun-Dried Sea Salt (optional)


Soak the coconut and almonds in separate containers with enough water to cover for 2 hours. Drain. In a blender, mix all the ingredients until creamy. Spoon onto a solid dehydrator sheet and dehydrate on 105 for 3 hours. After 3 hours, cut into bars and flip using a spatula and dehyrate for another 3 hours.
