    5 boneless breasts, half cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of olive oil , 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt,


wash chicken use a meat tenderizing hammer to cube breasts (beat them until thin not chopped) season with seasond salt. heat olive oil . single batter chicken in wheat flour , and fry in large skillet allowing to brown on one side then flip to brown other side. no more than 8 min. fry time and enjoy!
