    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Presidents choice - Natural Wheat bran, 1 cup
    No name Natural oat bran, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packed
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Natures Nutritious seed ground flax, 1.5 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    *Extra Light Olive Oil1/3 cup
    Milk, 1%,3/4 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Raisins, 1/2 cup (not packed)


1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
2 In a large bowl, mix together
Whole wheat flour
Wheat bran
Oat bran
Brown Sugar, packed
Baking Powder
3. In a small bowl, mix together:
Egg, beaten
4. To the Egg mixture. add
sunflower seeds 1/2 cup (optional)
Mix just until moistened ( don't overmix)
5. Drop into 12 muffin cups (or 24 mini-muffin Cups)
6. Bake large muffins for 15-20 minutes , mini muffins for about 15 minutes.
