Introduction

This was one of our favorites when it came to a quick meal for lunch. It is very filling and very tasty hope you enjoy. This was one of our favorites when it came to a quick meal for lunch. It is very filling and very tasty hope you enjoy.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 Cups of of Green Beans canned (any style you like)
    1/2 Pound of Lean Ground Beef
    3 tbsp of Salsa (I use Safeway Select)
    1/2 Small onion chopped or diced
    1/4 Cup chopped bell pepper
    1 small Garlic Clove chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp of chopped cilantro

Directions

Place pan on stove and turn stove to medium heat. Once pan is hot place butter in pan and melt. Once melted add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic and sautee them until tender. Once they are tender add the ground beef and the salsa and brown for about 3 min then add the green beans and the cilantro and mix all together.

Makes 4-5 Servings of 1/2 cup each.
