    1/4 c sliced almonds, toasted
    2 lbs bananas, peeled & sliced
    1 c greek yogurt
    1/4 c dark rum
    1 lemon, juiced
    1/2 c pineapple juice
    2 c coconut water
    1 c milk


In a large bowl, milk, mix the bananas, yogurt, lemon juice, pineapple juice, rum & coconut water. Blend until smooth and refrigerate.

    The intent is for it to be a cold soup. I just found the recipe and haven't made it yet ... I just wanted to get an idea of the nutrition information by plugging in the recipe. However, with less bananas it might make a really great smoothie!
