    9 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp Reduced-Fat Parmesan cheese
    Citrus seasoning to taste
    Approximately 1.5 lbs (or 3) skinless, boneless chicken breast


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and sprinkle citrus seasoning to taste. There should only be a hint of citrus flavor to the mixture, so do not overdo the seasoning.
3. Spray 9x13 baking dish with some kind of no calorie cooking spray.
4. Wash chicken breasts and place in baking dish spaced apart.
5. Top each breast evenly with mayonnaise mixture.
6. Bake for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through.
7. Cut breasts in half.

Makes 6 half-breast servings.
