Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    3/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 (12 oz) can Mexicorn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz) package egg noodles, cooked
    2 cups buttered bread crumbs

Directions

Cook ground beef and onions in skillet until onions are tender, but not brown. Mix all other ingredients together and add ground beef and onion. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 12x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
