    Tomato Sauce, .5 cup (1/2 taza de salsa de tomato)
    Beef bouillon, 1 cube (6 fl oz prepared) (un cubito de pollo)
    Summer squash, .25 cup, chopped (1/4 taza calabaza picadita)
    Cured Ham, .25 cup (1/4 taza Jamon de cocinar)
    Water, tap, 1.0 cup (8 fl oz) (Agua;1 taza)
    Casera Premium Chick Peas, 256 grams (Garbanzos Casera, 256 grs.)
    1 tbsp olive oil(1 cda de aceite de oliva)


In a saucepan, Heat at medium heat the oil and the sofrito.When it begins to splatter add the sauce, the bouillon, and the ham.Let it boil then add the Chick peas and the water and the squash.Let it cook at low heat for 30 minutes.Serve 6 portions.Serve with white rice.
