    1 lbs lean pork steak, cubed
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    1 c sliced carrots
    1 small onion, chopped
    1-14 oz can sweet corn
    1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c milk


1. Spray a large pot with non stick spray, add pork and cook over medium heat until pieces are brown on the outside and no longer pink on the inside.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well.
3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn to the bottom.
Makes 5 servings.
