Ingredients

    1/3 of the ciabatta dough recipe found here:

    1/4 cup fat free tomato sauce
    1/2 T traditional pesto
    4 oz Gimme Lean Soy Sausage
    6 T shredded parmesan
    6-8 sliced Kalamata olives (or black olives if you prefer)
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup very thinly sliced zucchini in coins


Directions

1/3 of the ciabatta dough recipe makes a 6 slice 10-12" pizza, depending how thin you make it.

Preheat oven to 375

Oil a large cookie sheet or pizza stone and oil your hands. Work the dough round and round until you get the desired size. Lay on cookie sheet
Mix pesto and tomato sauce and spread thinly, leaving about an inch uncovered at the edges.

Layer in this order:
cheese,
zucchini
mushrooms
olives
soy sausage

Spray the top with olive oil spray and bake 30 minutes or until center is set and edges are golden brown.
