Yummy wrap for lunch! Yummy wrap for lunch!

    3 oz Turkey Breast Meat (I used left overs from dinner)

    1/2 Cup Raw Coleslaw mix

    1 plum/roma tomato

    1/4 Red Bell Pepper

    4 Kalamata Olives (pitted)

    14/ Cup cubbed or shredded cheddar cheese

    1tbsp Olive Oil

    1tbsp Lemon Juice

    Multi grain wrap

    Oregano/salt/pepper to taste


Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings. Stir in the cole slaw mix, diced pepper, diced tomato, and cheese. Wrap together in a multi grain wrap or pita (I used flat-out)...enjoy!
