Ingredients

    savoury pasrty case
    3 medium eggs (beaten)
    3oz semi skimmed milk
    2 mushrooms(sliced)
    3 bacon rashers(grilled and chopped)
    1/4 (50g) raw onions(diced)
    3g cheddar cheese

Directions

turn grill to medium heat
oven to 200 degrees if you have seperate, if not, turn oven on as soon as bacon is ready
grill bacon until properly cooked
whilst waiting for bacon, beat egg and add milk,
slice mushrooms and onion and add to egg mix,
once bacon is ready, chop into little square and add to mixture
mix well and pour into pastry case
place in the oven for 10 minutes
remove and sprinkle with cheese
return to oven for further 10 minutes
can be eaten hot or cold
makes 4 slices
