Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    3lbs. boneless skinless chickenbeast cut in 8 serving pieces
    2 garlic cloves minced
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp dried basil
    1-1/2c. fat free, low sodium chicken stock
    1/2c. chopped, sundried tomatoes cut in slivers

Directions

1. heat oil in skillet, brown chicken
2. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
3.Add garlic , wine,chciken stock, and basil to skillet. Bring to boil. Scrape up any bits from the bottom o the pan.
4. Pour over chicken. Scatter tomatoes over the top.
5. Cover. Cook on low 4-6 hrs
