    * Sunflower oil, 1 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 tbsp chopped
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 pinch
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp
    * Cheddar Cheese, 1 slice
    * Milk, 2%, 2 fl oz


1. Heat oven in omelette pan.
2. Whisk egg, milk, salt and pepper in pan.
3. Saute onions in pan, then add green pepper and cook lightly.
4. Add egg mixture to pan and cook.
5. Turn over, and lay slices of chees on cooked side.
6. Allow to brown slightly, then fold omelette over cheese.
