    1 (6oz) Dannon Fat Free Plain yogurt
    3 Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/2 (10oz) pkg Frozen Broccoli
    2/3 c uncooked Brown Rice (I prefer short grain)
    1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken condensed soup
    1 1/4 c water
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Basil
    Pepper to taste
    Sharp Cheddar to top (1/2 c)


Marinate the chicken breasts in the yogurt for an hour or more. Add in garlic while preparing rest.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Add in the oregano, basil and pepper. In a baking dish, coated with cooking spray, add rice water and cream of chicken condensed soup. Stir in broccoli. Place the chicken breasts on top. Bake, covered, at 375 for 50 min. or until rice and chicken are done. Top with cheese and let casserole stand 10 min.; stir rice before serving.
