Ingredients

    1 sweet potato, 500g of butternut squash (pealed), 4 carrots, 4 celery sticks, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlick,2 tbsp of olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste. 500ml of water.

Directions

Bring water to boiling, add all the ingridients, cook for 20min, mash it and ready to enjoy.
