Ingredients

*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)
*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup (remove)
Banana, fresh, 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Walnuts, .50 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
heat over to 400 degrees & grease muffin pans with butter flavored cooking spray. Sift flour, sugar, baking power and salt into a medium bowl. Mix milk, egg, applesauce and banana & walnuts into a small bowl. Pour mixture into well in the powdered mixture. Mix batter until moistened, do not overmix. Pour into pan and bake for approx 15 minutes, check with a toothpick.
