    1.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef
    3/4 cup Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup Carrots (shredded)
    1/2 cup Radishes (shredded)
    1/2 cup Bell Pepper (diced)
    1/8 cup Flaxseed Meal
    1 large egg
    2 large egg whites
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp worestershire sauce
    2 tsp spicy brown mustard
    garlic powder to taste
    salt to taste
    ground black pepper to taste


preheat oven to 350 F.
mix all ingrediants together.
place in a muffin tin.
bake for 30 to 35 min or until done.
makes 12 muffins.
