    4 c. dried pinto beans, soaked and rinsed
    2 sprigs parsley, chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. tabasco sauce
    1 Tbs. chopped chives
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbs. Olive Oil


Rinse soaked beans thoroughly, add to crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients and cover with 2-3 inches of cold water. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8 hours. Drain beans and mash slightly.

Serves 16 1/2 cup servings.
