Ingredients

    1/2 c mayo
    1/2 c tofutti better than cream cheese
    1 water-packed roasted red pepper, drained and patted dry
    1 scallion (green onion), thinly sliced
    1/2 tbsp dried basil

Directions

blend mayo and "cream cheese" til smooth. Finely chop/mince red pepper and scallion, add to mayo mixture. Add basil, stir til combined

1 serving = 1 tbsp
