    ground turkey
    cheddar cheese
    corn tortillas
    can of enchilada sauce


Coat tortillas in enchilada sauce. Brown turkey in skillet. Layer tortillas, turkey and cheese in stoneware baker until all ingredients are used up. Cover and microwave on high for 10-15 minutes.
