    1 3/4 c. Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    1 c. Granulated Sugar
    1 T. Baking Soda, 4 tsp
    1 tsbp. Cinnamon
    1/2 t. Nutmeg
    1/4 t. Allspice
    1 c. Soymilk,
    1/4 c. Applesauce
    1/4 c. Canola Oil
    1 T. Yogurt
    1 c. Pureed Pumpkin


Mix wet and dry ingredients seperately. Combine. Pour into greased muffin tins, bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

You can use fresh or canned pumpkin for this recipe. Use soy yogurt to make vegan.
