    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp \
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .5 cup
    Rhubarb, 2 cup, diced
    Brown Sugar, .67 cup, packed
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Vinegar 1 T
    Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 4 oz
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp


Add vinegar to milk, set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Stir in soured milk. Divide into 12 sections of muffin tin. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture (optional). Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
