Ingredients

    1 english muffin
    1 egg
    1 slice american cheese
    1 slice (3/4 oz) lean ham
    1 TBSP country crock

Directions

Cook english muffin in toaster. Butter the english muffin when it comes out of the toaster. Poach egg. (I spray a coffee mug with non stick spray, crack egg into coffee mug, stir slilghtly. Place damp paper towel over the coffee mug and cook in microwave for about 90 seconds on half power.) Heat ham slice in a fry pan for about 1- 2 minutes, flipping often. Place cheese on one half buttered english muffin, place cooked egg on cheese, place cooked ham slice on other half of english muffin, put the two sides together. Enjoy!
