    2 c old fashioned oats
    2 c skim milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 c slivered almonds
    1/2 c dried cranberries or other dried fruit
    1 lg unpeeled MacIntosh apple, grated
    4 Tbsp (SF) maple syrup
    cooking spray


Preheat overn to 400F. Coat a large 3qt casserole dish with cooking spray.

Combine all ingred in bowl. If preparing the night b4, don't add liquid ingred (milk & apple) until morning.

Place mixture in casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 45 mins at 400F.

Makes 6 one-cup servings.
