    *Rhubarb, 3 cup, diced
    Egg, fresh, 3 large separated
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 3 Tablespoons
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
    Cream Of Tartar, 1/4tsp
    Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking- 1/2 cup


Beat Egg Yolks and milk together
Add Flour, 1/2 cup Splenda (Baking Blend) and salt Beat slowly till smooth
Place Rhubarb in Pie shell pour egg mixture over top
Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes or until firm
Beat egg whites till frothy
Add cream of tartar and 2 Tbsp sugar beat till soft peaks form add a bit more splenda sugar blend beat till peaks form
Spread on Hot Pie
Bake in 325 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
