    2 3/4 C. Asparagus Diced into 1/2" pieces
    2 C. Cauliflower cut ito small Florets
    3/4 C. Cut up Canned Mushrooms
    1/2 C. diced Onion
    2 C. Water
    1 C. Skim Milk
    1 14.5 Oz. Can of Fat Free Chicken Broth
    3 T. Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp. Fresh or jarred Garlic
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash's Garlic and Herb Seasoning
    1 T. Fresh or Dried Parsley
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese


Bring Asparagus, Cauliflower, and Onion to boil in water and chicken broth. until tender. Add Mushrooms and seasonings and simmer for about 10 minutes longer. Add Whole Wheat Flour to Milk with a Whisk and add to hot soup mixture and cook until thickend. Add more flour if you like a thicker soup. At this point add Swiss Cheese wedge and cook until dissolved. Makes 8 1-cup servings for 53 Calories per serving. I used Low sodium broth to lower the sodium content further.
