    2 c flour
    4 T Splenda or 1/3c sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1/4 t baking soda
    1 c nonfat milk
    2 T canola oil
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c strawberries, chopped (fresh or thawed)


Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredient in a small bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients and mix in the wet until just combined. Add strawberries. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full and cook for 20 min at 400 degrees F.

Recipe can make either 10 or 12. Nutritional values are based on 10 muffins per recipe.
