Number of Servings: 6


    1 pound ground chicken or turkey breast
    1 can Hunt's Garlic and Herb Spaghetti Sauce
    6 oz. (3 cups) uncooked campanella pasta -- cook according to package directions
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


Cook ground chicken or turkey in a non-stick skillet until crumbled and no longer pink. Blend in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

While cooking meat, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

After meat has simmered, remove from the pan and keep warm. Divide pasta noodles in half and place in bottom of skillet. Pour half of the meat and sauce mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle half (1 cup) of the cheese over the sauce. Repeat with another layer of noodles, meat/sauce and then cheese.

Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove from the burner and let stand for one minute before serving.

Serve with a fresh green salad and enjoy! Serves 6.
