Ingredients

1-1.5 Lbs pork tenderloin
8 oz container sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup diced onion
2 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tblsp Tomato Paste
1/2 cup marsala wine
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup flour
Salt & Pepper
1 tblsp Olive Oil
Directions
Serves 6
Slice Pork tenderlion into 1 in slices. Place between plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Season with salt & pepper.
Toss pounded pork with flour in plastic bag.
Heat olive oil in large skillet on med-high heat. Add pork and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Wisk the wine with the tomato paste.
Add onions to pan and cook 2-3 mins. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir the wine/tomato paste mixture to the pan and simmer 4-5 minutes - scraping the pan as simmers.
Add the mushrooms and pork to the pan . Simmer for 7-10 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parstley and serve.
Serve over spinach, pasta or rice. (these items not included in nutrition info)
