Sort of like a fajita, except it's not tex-mex. Sort of like a fajita, except it's not tex-mex.
Number of Servings: 1


    2.3 oz Chicken-style seitan
    1/4 onion, chopped into half-moons (add more to your liking)
    1/2 cup green pepper strips
    1/4-1/2 cup red pepper strips
    1.5 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
    1.5 tbsp olive oil
    1 flour tortilla


Makes 1 generous serving
(by the way - instead of soy sauce, use tamari. There's way less sodium)

-Brown the onions in the olive oil.
-Toss in the seitan, green peppers, and red peppers. After one minute of them cooking, add the tamari, salt, and
-Cover the pan for five minutes.
-Warm up the tortilla and serve!
