    1 cup ground beef
    1/4 cup corn flakes cereal
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 tsp salt

    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp flour
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 tbsp water
    2 tsp ketchup
    1 tbsp soy sauce


In a medium size bowl, mix beef, corn flakes water and salt. Shape into approximately 24 balls. Brown in frying pan and transfer to casserole.
In a medium sized sauce pan put brown sugar and flour. Stir well to blend thoroughly.
Add vinegar, water, soy sauce and ketchup. Stir over medium high heat until boiling.
Pour over meatballs. Cover. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Makes approximately 24 meatballs.
