Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup berries, kiwi, pineapple, or other fruit
    1/2 cup pure pomegranite juice
    1/4 cup pure cranberry juice
    optional, Acai or Noni juice, 1 Tbsp
    1 Tbsp Fish Oil
    1 banana
    1 Tbsp yogurt
    1 scoop Greens First (optional)
    1 scoop of Whey Protein

Directions

Blend all ingredients for several minutes. Stir in 1 scoop of whey protein to add to the nutritional value. We also add Greens First, 1 scoop to boost the vitamins and antioxidants.
