    1 can sweetened, evaporated milk
    16 oz semi sweet chocolate
    2 t vanilla


Melt chocolate and milk in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla. Refrigerate in fridge for 2 hrs., cut into 48 pieces. For a creamier fudge, refrigerate for 1 hr. before serving.

Add walnuts for an option.
