Ingredients

    8 oz. lean ground beef or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 c. salsa
    1 tsp. chili powder
    8 (6 inch.) flour tortillas
    1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Heat oven to 475 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch. baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in garlic, 1/2 c. salsa, and chili powder. Lower heat and simmer for 5 min. Spoon 1/4 c. meat mixture into center of each tortilla. Lightly spary tops with butter flavored cooking spray.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

For each serving (2 chimis), spon 2 Tbs. salsa and 1 Tbsp. sour cream over top.

*Can use fat free sour cream if desired to cut more fat and calories.
