This is a really easy low calorie comfort food This is a really easy low calorie comfort food
Number of Servings: 8


    1/2 Small Cabbage
    2 onions chopped
    4-6 Potatoes sliced
    6-8 carrots sliced
    1 # extra lean ground beef
    Sprinkle of salt and pepper
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1/2 C. Skim Milk


Layer ingrediants in the order given. Bake at 350 for 90 min. Enjoy. Makes about 8 1 cup servings.
