    1 lb. ground venison
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic
    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 med. cooking (sweet) onion
    1 - 8oz. pkg. Baby Bella mushrooms
    1/2 Tbsp each: parsley, oregano, salt, garlic salt, and celery salt
    1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 - 14.5 oz. can italian stewed tomatoes
    1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1 13.25 oz. pkg Barilla Whole Wheat Spaghetti


Heat olive oil in deep skillet over medium heat. Chop onion & pepper. Add onion, pepper and garlic to hot oil. Add venison to skillet and cook until brown. Add mushrooms, spices and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 30-45 minutes. After 30 minutes of simmering, begin cooking pasta. When pasta is finished mix it all together.
